Estate Cleanouts
Nobody Should Have to Empty a House Alone
When you're settling a parent's house, the hardest part isn't the hauling. It's the emotional weight of deciding. We work at your pace, with respect for every memory.
We Come In at Three Different Moments
Whichever one you're in, the job is the same to us. The pace is what changes.
After a Loss
The house has to be cleared, often on a realtor's timeline, while you're still grieving. We move at whatever pace you set.
A Move Into Care
Downsizing a parent into assisted living means deciding what fits in one room. We take the rest and route what we can to donation.
Settling an Estate
Executors, administrators, and out-of-state family. One walkthrough, then photos and updates so you're not flying back to check.
The Hard Part Isn't the Hauling. It's Deciding.
We understand that every item has a story. We aren't just moving stuff, we're handling a lifetime of memories. Take the time you need to make the decisions only you can make. The truck can wait.

What Families Say
Real reviews from real East Valley families.
The team was amazing and helped immensely. They had great communication and were very courteous and understanding of a difficult situation. We had so much stuff, from large furniture, scrap metal, living room and bedroom sets, and overall household items, and they managed it all for us.Desiree F.Google Review
They quoted a fair price, showed up on time, and took everything we asked without any hassle. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. They even went the extra mile and swept up the backyard before leaving.Nikoletta L.Google Review
Common Questions
How much does an estate cleanout cost?
Every home is different, so we price by volume rather than by the hour. Most estate cleanouts range from $425 to $1,200, depending on the amount of junk and the labor involved. Our heavy duty commercial dump truck holds 10 to 12 pickup truck loads in a single trip. Simply text us a few photos and in most cases we can give you a free estimate within an hour. One flat price before we start, no hourly billing and no surprises on the invoice.
Do I have to separate what stays and what goes?
No. During our walkthrough we'll clearly identify what you're keeping and what's getting hauled away. Our team works carefully and we listen.
Do I need to be present during the cleanout?
Not necessarily. We have customers who aren't able to be there. As long as we've gone over the job beforehand and have access to the property, we can complete the cleanout and send you videos once we've hauled everything, swept, and cleared the home.
What do you do with items that aren't junk?
Whenever possible, we donate usable furniture and household items to local organizations. We also recycle eligible items like appliances, electronics, and anything with metal components, to help reduce landfill waste.
Are you insured?
Yes. Freedom Haulers is fully insured with liability insurance, so you can have peace of mind knowing your home is protected while we're on the job. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a day or two, and same-day is often available. Give us a call or send us a text, and we'll let you know our earliest availability.
